I'm Adam Williams — founder and broker of APW Realty, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC #0605029). For more than fifteen years, I've had the privilege of helping people across Collin County and the broader Metroplex make some of the most important decisions of their lives.
My background spans residential, commercial, land, and luxury — but my favorite thing about this job has always been the people. The first-time buyers in Allen, the families upsizing into Frisco and Prosper, the landowners passing acreage in Celina to the next generation, the investors building portfolios from the ground up.
I've also spent years on the other side of the table — investing, flipping, and rehabbing homes myself. That experience means I can spot value others miss, and I've assembled a network of trusted contractors and handymen who can take care of just about anything your home needs.
